Our QA process takes into account your agency’s specific policies and procedures so that we are able to do the QA precisely in the manner that you want. It takes us usually 2-5 days to completely assess a new client’s charts and compile a list of your agency’s frequently occurring problem areas.

  • ICD-10 home health coding certification (HCS-D)

You will receive timely QA reports for your record-tracking and billing purposes.

We currently support Kinnser, Security Data Soft Logic and AXXESS for our Home Health clients as well as Hospice Manager for our Hospice Care clients.
